ReUseWeb
- Is a fully web based
Stock /
CRM
and
Asset management
and soon to be released
SOP (Sales Order
Processing) integrated
product running on standard websites,
accessible via web browsers. It is
primarily aimed at (but certainly not
exclusively to) the reuse second hand /
charity sector. ReUseWeb can
form part of a new website (which can be
designed and produced for you) or integrated
into your existing website, it is both
configurable and can be tailored to your
requirements. Many
contact forms are available that can be
included which your clients fill in.
Full
SECURITY access control is provided for
your data, including
PCweb Secure Lock which can restrict
access to your data to specific
users/computers. Written in PHP 5 using
AJAX, Javascript, HTML, CSS & MySQL 5.

Is a full stock system on the internet with
optional photos - Some or all of your stock
made visible for your clients to
view
on-line, which they can
reserve. If clients do not find items
they require on the website then they can
submit a
request for stock.
Bar-coded pricing labels can be printed
directly from within ReUseWeb. All
Stock movements (summary or detailed
audit) are viewable/downloadable, via the
Stock Enquiry option, for fuller
reporting/analysis.
Multi-Locations (i.e Many Shops /
Warehouses), Analyse In's/Out's by Period /
Location /
Postcode for Cost, Sales / Tonage
analysis and Various
types of stock
catered for.

CRM database - Contact from any of your
existing or potential customers (via the
website, in whatever form, be it

reservations / requests of stock,
Assessment form or any bespoke forms
etc.) are viewable on one combined screen
for actioning. An authenticated
customer
mailing list is maintained from all
customer contact. Your information is
available for secure download from the
website. Email mail-shots,
Printed
Address Labels and Name Badges can
also be processed directly from ReUseWeb.

on the screen. There is some
functionality restricted in this
DEMO system, for example emails will not
be sent out. Do though please feel

Note passwords are case sensitive and
the same as the 'Demo' user codes given.
